For our client in Blerick, we are looking for a damage repair specialist for spot repair and painting of various trains. This client specializes in repairing, refurbishing, and converting different train units. You will be working to repair superficial damage to the trains, making them ready for use and presentable. This includes sanding away paint damage, dent repair on the exterior, spraying and painting the train units - essentially, performing tasks similar to those of an auto body repair specialist but on a larger scale.
Tasks that are part of your job include:
- Preparing surfaces to be painted
- Painting and finishing preserved spots and components
- Gluing or sealing the body of trains
- Quality control of the work
- Recording activities on the checklist
If you enjoy working with your hands to deliver a technically refined product and have experience as an auto painter, industrial painter, damage handler, or in any other form of painting, then this is the job for you.
