As a Financial & Accounting Assistant you will work 32-40 hours per week at an international company. At a beautiful office in the Botlek you will be responsible for various tasks with your financial and accounting background. You will join a team of currently 4 people, which will eventually be expanded to 6/7. The company is a startup and that is why they are looking for a proactive employee who takes responsibility and likes to contribute to the growth of the company but also to himself. You will support and work closely with the Manager Finance & Accounting.
Your tasks include:
- Reporting daily and periodic accounting matters to the Manager Finance & Accounting.
- Updating and maintaining the general ledger through our ERP system.
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are assigned to the correct cost centers/accounts, and the overall accuracy of accounting statements.
- Preparing, assisting and preparing accounting statements.
- Preparing and handling invoices.
- Preparation of various management accounting reports.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual cost accounting reports, in cooperation with the production department.
- Directly on contract with the client;
- A gross annual salary of between 55,000 & 60,000 (including vacation pay);
- 0.22 c per km travel allowance (public transport is fully reimbursed);
- Fulltime or Parttime employment (32-40 hours per week);
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent;
