We are looking for a technically skilled operator with knowledge of computers and robotics. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced robotic machines that elevate our client's production to a new level. If you have technical insight and a passion for robotics, we want to talk to you.
Our client has recently invested in an automated system for manufacturing floor grates, and we're seeking a sharp operator who can operate this machine and is willing to make necessary corrections. This is currently the only machine of this caliber, but we expect more similar equipment in the near future.
As an Operator, you will operate this machine line and execute the programs prepared by the production planning team. These programs might not always work perfectly, which is where you come in as the operator. On the production floor, you identify discrepancies and correct them yourself. It is a complex machine, so you need to be confident in your abilities. This role is quite different from that of a typical production worker or production operator.
Your responsibilities:
- Operate robotic machines according to prescribed procedures and guidelines
- Monitor settings and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve minor technical issues and malfunctions in the machines
- Perform regular and preventive maintenance
- Participate in training programs to expand your knowledge of robotic machines
You will receive training for this role, as our machines are complex and advanced. This offers a long-term career path within our company. If you're interested in working with cutting-edge technology, we'd love to hear from you!
- The salary is negotiable, starting at around €15 per hour, plus a 14% shift allowance for all hours worked. If you're a great fit, we're always open to discussion.
- You'll be working full-time in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Commuting expenses are covered.
- While you're on a temporary contract, you'll accrue 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay.
- You'll participate in the StiPP pension fund through Olympia, and later, in the client company's pension scheme.
- You'll start with a temporary employment contract, but if it's a good fit for both sides, the company might offer you a permanent contract early.
- Once you're hired permanently, you'll fall under the favorable CAO Metalektro.
- You'll work with new technology and receive comprehensive training.
