Customer Experience Specialist

Customer Experience Specialist | Kruiningen | fulltime | English & French

For an international company operating in the food industry we are looking for a customer experience specialist who speaks the English and French language. Our client has a large Customer Service department and you will start working in a highly international team.

We are looking for someone who is available for 40 hours a week.

The job
As a Customer Experience Specialist you are the first point of contact for the customers. You strive for excellent customer experience in all areas by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries. Ease of doing business, accurate and fast information are the key drivers. You connect to the customers in the local language. The customer experience team takes action to optimize the customer journey. You are involved in customer visits and represent the commercial operation team.

Per customer you will define priorities and focus on understanding the customer expectation and see opportunities to impact and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You are the owner of the quotation to cash process for your customers. You will communicate delays in advance, offer proactively substitute product in case of an out of stock. Handle price, contract, sample and quotation request is also one of your responsibilities. As a customer experience specialist you have insight in the targets for your area and the performance towards this target.

You are the ambassador of the products towards the customers and you will inform them proactively on new product introductions.

The candidate we are looking for possesses the following requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Several years (1-3) of relevant commercial or customer service experience.
  • Experience in an international working environment is a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and French
  • In addition to a commercial drive your precision and accuracy is also of great importance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Experience with SAP is a plus).

We offer
A nice fulltime position in a highly international environment with a lot of responsibilities. Salary depends on your knowledge and work experience. Working hours are between 8:00 until 18:00 o'clock from Monday to Friday.
