The Center Support Tower provides support to the DBIC Terneuzen organization by providing services in the field of Office Management, Reception and EH&S to enable operational efficiency within the center.
The role will perform various activities within the DBIC Center Support Team. Appointments to a specific activity will be based on skill set, competencies, related experience and priorities within the organization.
•Accurately populate data into different tools following work processes in a timely matter to meet clients' needs.
•Registration SAFETY (Material Safety Data Sheets) documents
•Collect documents and data
•Send/ receive information to vendor and delivery technicians
•Receive registration and entering documents in different tools
•Control information MSDS documents (EN-NL/NL-EN) according to REACH regulations and exposure scenarios
•Other administrative support
Preferable administrative background
•Fluency in English and Dutch (written & oral)
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•Knowledge of SAP R2.0/ R3.0 would be a plus
•High level of accuracy and eye for detail
•Work process attitude is critical to success
•Excellent reporting capabilities.
•Effectively communicate and respond to different stakeholders involved in the process
