Marketing Coordinator B2B (Groeifunctie)

The Marketing Coordinator will be one of the key players in meeting that ambition. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development of a marketing- and communication plan identifying clear business concepts and markets/customers. The Marketing Coordinator supports sales new business in addressing target customers. In this new role you will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and work closely with the Managing Director.

The purpose of the job:

  • Making quantitative- and qualitative marketing analysis

  • Providing market intelligence

  • Develop a strategic marketing and communication policy/plan

  • Responsible for designing, creating and delivering marketing programs for different market segments and countries to support the growth and expansion of the clients propositions (solutions and services)

  • Map together with the sales team new business potential for market segments, geographies and customers' groups

  • Support sales on the sale cycle aspects

  • Work out customer loyalty and innovation (communication) programs

  • Work together with external partners on market communication

Marketing activities:

  • Develop a yearly activity- and marketing plan with budget

  • Understand and use data and research results, combined with good general business understanding

  • Continuously spotting opportunities to position it with relevant potential customers

  • Support sales with a clear and transparent pricing policy for services

  • Develop a marketing tool kit

  • Provide market intelligence supporting sales activity, competitive analysis and identifying target customers

  • Manage the external internet environment

  • Responsible for social media, surveys and marketing communication

Communication activities:

  • Academic degree in Marketing or Business

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

  • At least 5 years' of working experience in marketing/sales/consultancy, preferable within B2B

  • Analytical, self supporting and entrepreneurial skills
