English Speaking Operator (3-shifts)

Are you technically skilled and enjoy working with modern machinery? Then this operator position in a 3-shift schedule could be exactly what you’re looking for.
In this role as a operator, you’ll make sure our high-speed packaging machines which produce lids for the food industry, run efficiently and deliver consistent quality. You act quickly in case of minor malfunctions and call in the technical service when necessary.
Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling the production process;
• Carrying out packaging and quality checks;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Your working hours:

• Morning: 06:45–15:00 (Monday from 05:15)
• Evening: 14:45–23:00 (Friday until 01:00)
• Night: 22:45–07:00
• Average of 38.5 hours per week. During night shift weeks, you have the Sunday-to-Monday night off.

- Salary between €3.000 and €3.350 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);
- Possibility of a contract directly with the employer;
- 24 vacation days + 3 ADV-days;
