As an operator, you ensure smooth machine operation. You set them up, monitor performance, and respond quickly to any issues. Together with your team, you help meet production targets and contribute to improvements on the work floor.Your tasks include:

• Independently setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines
• Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions
• Monitoring process and product quality
• Recording production data and noting any deviations
• Contributing to a safe and efficient production environment

Functievereisten:
You don’t need years of experience. Technical insight and a willingness to learn are what count. Whether you already work as an operator or want to grow into the role, you’ll receive the right guidance.You also have:

• A strong interest in technology or manufacturing
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Dutch or English
• Experience as an operator, machine handler, or production worker is a plus
