• You have at least 4 years of experience as a logistics teamlead
• You have experience with absenteeism conversations
• Preferably you have a diploma in a relevant field

• You ensure that the logistics process in the warehouse runs properly
• You encourage the team to continuously improve processes
• You ensure that the team works according to the correct quality regulations
