Your tasks include:

• Ensuring that your part of the production process runs smoothly;
• Supporting fellow operators at the machines, ensuring not only your process runs smoothly but the entire department;
• Independently resolving minor malfunctions or reporting them to the technical department (TD);
• Carrying out replacement work; - Identifying, reporting, and proposing improvements for deviations in the production process.

• A full-time annual contract with guaranteed hours;
• Opportunities for advancement to Operator A or B based on performance, with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• A competitive salary starting from €3200 gross per month, up to €3600 depending on knowledge and experience;

• Experience as an operator or similar role, preferably in the food industry, or demonstrable technical insight to gain this experience at Perfetti Van Melle;
• Full-time availability, and a 5-shift schedule suits you;
