Creating daily work plans for operations.
Releasing batches of orders per channel according to business agreements.
Managing operational processes and prioritizing shipment completions.
Collaborating with various departments to resolve problems.
Ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Monitoring and managing daily pack outs and outbound orders.
Serving as the first point of contact for urgent adjustments to the daily plan, including alignment with other departments.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

What do we offer:

Gross hourly wage starting from €14.00,-
Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer, up to a maximum of €12.60 per day;

You are part of an international company, Capri Holding Limited (Michael Kors), as a warehouse worker in a large warehouse. Capri Holdings is a global company that currently encompasses 3 luxury brands: Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace.

In Venlo, we handle the logistics processes for Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. Versace may also be added in the future, but currently, it is distributed from Italy. For Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors, we organize the logistics operations for all 3 channels.

A few years ago, the new distribution center in Venlo was opened. The warehouse is sustainably built, has a luxurious appearance, and is equipped with solar panels. In Venlo, popular products of Capri Holdings are shipped to Europe and the Middle East. As a warehouse worker, you are part of this international, ever-growing company.

The company offers good employment conditions, such as travel expense reimbursement and opportunities for advancement within the company. It is an international company with many possibilities and opportunities.

The company is located in Venlo and is easily accessible by car from Venlo, Venray, Roermond, and the Peel & Maas municipality.

Vaardigheden

As the ideal candidate you posses the following qualities:

Proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with additional languages considered a plus;
Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
Strong numerical and organizational skills;
An accurate and structured way of working;
Stress resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Availability to work early/day shifts, with starting times at 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM;
Ideally, MBO working level with 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse role;
Understanding of warehouse operations and experience with WMS (Manhattan preferred) considered a plus;
