Are you ready for an exciting leadership role in the heart of De Meern? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader. You'll be at the forefront of managing a skilled warehouse team, ensuring targets are not just met, but exceeded.

Who you are

• A natural team leader with the ability to motivate and guide your squad.
• Problem solver who's not afraid to consult with others when needed.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred - let your expertise shine.
• Available for 2 shifts (morning: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm / noon: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm).
• Hold a diploma at MBO 4 level, preferably in logistics, and possess relevant certificates (reach truck, IATA, ADR, BHV) or a willingness to undergo training.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook; experience with Oracle, WMS (Astro), and TMS is a plus.

What will you do

• Lead and motivate your warehouse team, ensuring a smooth 2-shift schedule operation.
• Daily planning of staff and activities, coaching the team to success.
• Take charge of safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement in the warehouse.
• Coordinate activities between the warehouse and other relevant departments.
• Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
