Compensation Operations Analyst, Hilversum

Always wanted to work at the world's biggest sports brand? Passionate about numbers, data and HR? We are looking for a candidate who is immediately available. This is a fulltime position for 1 year, with a possibility of extension.

What does the role involve?

As a Compensation Operations Analyst you will ensure efficient and effective Compensation operations for all countries in EMEA. You will ensure Compensation programs are executed accurately and timely for all employees in accordance to policies, processes and in compliance with local statutory regulations.

  • Execute global compensation programs in SAP;
  • Generate compensation reports for data audit and analysis purposes;
  • Administer local compensation programs i.e. Retail incentives;
  • Audit compliancy of base pay with local minimum salary regulations;
  • Manage Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and follow up with vendor on issues;
  • Provide the relevant training to internal parties and develop FAQs for HR advisors;
  • Partner with HRBP and COE on compensation programs;
  • Deliver service excellence to employees, managers and HR Ops teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all requests about Compensation programs via CRM tool (Right Now);
  • Review current Compensation operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes;
  • Participate in regional Compensation operational projects.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in Compensation Operations (>1 year)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, Workday is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
  • Identify, analyze and solve issues in straight forward situations
  • Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
