Service Support Planner

You will be responsible for planning the Maintenance activity of the local Service Support Engineers in the affiliate countries. The Service Support Planner will act as the go-between for our customers and the Service Support Engineers, in order to schedule maintenance and repair appointments and register it into the common shared planner tool. You will use the latest available tools in order to communicate with Customers in the local language. This could for example be dialing in a translator in a call.
You will need to work closely with customers, the local Bayer organizations, the Service Support Engineers and the internal department that creates the service contracts.

You will be working in a constantly moving environment, where what we do has an impact on patients. If you love variety in your work, it is perfect for you. Since we are really looking for fresh new ideas and visions, so you can use your creativity. You get the chance to create new processes and work with international colleagues.

  • Interact with customers and local service organization and service representatives in order to schedule the appointments according to the agreements defined;
  • Store the information into the common shared planner tool;
  • Add, cancel, plan and re-plan appointments in the organization's schedule, while resolving appointment conflicts;
  • Actively gathering input from multiple internal and external sources to create an optimal planning schedule;
  • Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff, customers or clients;
  • Setup KPIs and act on them for improving the overall planning efficiency;
  • Ensure the company's best operations standards with respecting the local service organization and standard rules.
