Employment agency Manpower is looking for a German- and English-speaking customer service specialist for a client in the Maastricht region.

The tasks you will be performing as a customer service employee are as follows:

  • Strengthening relationships with customers and improving the overall customer experience
  • Answering customer questions via phone and mail
  • Informing German customers regarding orders, deliveries and/or payments

The company is part of an international retail company. Their customer service centre in Maastricht is a multi-brand and omnichannel organization with a strong focus for customer dialogue. Together with over 3,500 colleagues and 16 customer service centers around the globe you take care of several customer aspects.

Working hours
In the role of full-time customer service specialist, you will be working during the following hours:

  • Monday until Friday between 8 am and 9 pm
  • Weekends between 9 am and 5 pm


  • At least one year of working experience as a customer service specialist, customer service representative or comparable
  • Excellent command of the English and German language
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Applications and/or SAP is a bonus)
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week

Living in or near Maastricht, Sittard, Heerlen or Kerkrade is a bonus, but not mandatory!
