You will be a part of an international company within the software distribution sector, that is setting up a brand new office in the city center of Amsterdam.
- 2700 - 3200 E pre month
- Direct contract with our client
- Amsterdam-based, hybrid model
- Bonus based on performance, paid monthly
- Extensive personal in-house training and support
- 40 hours per week
Who are you as a successful candidate for the German-speaking Sales Support Administrator role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the English and German language;
- 2 years+ experience with customer service or sales support, administration roles preferably within IT but not mandatory
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, being goal- and customer-oriented with great administrative skills
Some of the tasks of the role the German-speaking Sales Support Administrator are:
- Handle inquiries from international customers via email, phone, and live chat;
- Give quotes for new customers and manage customer orders from entry to final order fulfillment;
- Support Account Managers with customer service and administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments;
- Maintain customer and order databases;
Our client is an international software distributor company expanding here in the Netherlands. The company has over 125,000 customers in over 180 countries. They are moving into a new office located in the city center of Amsterdam.
