- Develop a new department for the company
- Lead owners with IATA accreditation process
- Experience with BSP reporting and reconciliation a must
- Administrative System knowledge a must
- Help determine and contract a company GDS system (SABRE experience a plus)
- Minimum two-year GDS usage
- Hire and train additional staff
- Develop airline relationships
- A working knowledge of European geography is a plus (using MS Office products with mapping programs)
- Develop close, professional relationships with clients and vendors
- Negotiate group fares and individual flights
- Communicate with assigned clients to determine itinerary, air travel needs and financial considerations
- Study routes and regulations, and consider cost, availability, and convenience with carriers to provide best options

- High degree of accuracy - we do not "do" debit memos (ADMs)
- Large volume of international routings
- Ability to process and turn-around a high-volume quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of creative ticketing
- On-call after-hours in the event of client emergencies. This is a full time position.
